NSS Projects module from NAVISYS s.r.o. extends the Project management module in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system with a whole range of advanced functionalities. This solution aims to cover the fundamental areas of project management and record the process starting from the customer/investor inquiry, subsequently helping with offer preparation, monitoring the development of the opportunity and offer using statuses, recording the contract, and transitioning the offer into realization – i.e., creating the job.

Within the job, it is then possible to monitor the comparison of the budget against the original quote, perform project archiving, plan cash flow, record hours posted to the project along with other costs, and track important project parameters. Purchase and sales documents are linked to the project not only at the line level but also from the header perspective. Cash flow then helps with the linkage and identification down to the item level.
